Not sure where to start. Same day appointment. Super friendly people. Absolutely fantastic price points on everything from service calls to quotes for repairs. Our unit is super old and we were prepared to hear we needed a new one but the technician was honest and it was a super easy fix for us to do ourselves once the problem was properly diagnosed. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had Right Time come out to the house when my downstairs AC unit wasn’t operating efficiently. I thought I needed a new unit based on what another company said but Right Time took the time to actually look at my AC units and found that my capacitor was shot and was able to replace it same day. I now have functioning cold air downstairs. Very pleased with their thoughtfulness and expert knowledge.

We offer a $49.00 diagnostic fee for residential and a $89.00 diagnostic fee for commercial. We offer residential Maintenance plans starting at $120.00 per system. Our club members receive a 10% discount in repairs! 5% Discount on new installs!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers, we typically try to meet customers on site for the first time so we can show you what type of customer service we can deliver!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
collectively we have many industry certificates ranging from safety, equipment specific training, NATE certification, Universal EPA, state licensed, and Vocational level certificates for HVAC!
