When you really want to know what’s going on in a home; CALL DUSTIN. He is everything you’d want out of an inspector, from being prepared, punctual, practiced and professional, he knows what things are supposed to look and act like within a home, and recognizes when they’re not up to par. All business in the best way, he will answer questions without going on and on and… we all know that guy that has a lot of knowledge and can’t wait to do a Ted talk any chance he gets…NOT DUSTIN!!! Clear, concise and competent answers for the lay person to understand. Pointed out issues we had not recognized as problematic and even talked about what it would take to resolve. Can you tell we were happy? We were. Are. Whatever you get it. CALL THIS GUY.. 10 out of 10 tacks. Is that the metric on thumbtack??

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and an InterNACHI® School graduate of the Home Inspector Certificate Program. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.
