- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price based on square footage, age and complexity of property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation (phone or email) to get an understanding of the property. That information is used to provide a quote and assist in scheduling. Once I arrive at your property I perform the inspection, walk you through your property and then follow up with your inspection report within 24 hours (usually same day).
