- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can be more depending on the job. If its a home that needs a deep, deep, serious clean I will have to charge more. Also, the first deep clean will initially cost more because it’s a more involved cleaning. After that, the monthly maintenance cost is reduced
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d like to have a look around first and then confirm pricing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years cleaning for my mom, my own home and honestly I’m very detailed, meticulous and organized and that def plays into my style of cleaning homes
