I've never used a Professional Moving Company before contacting LIOO Moving and making a reservation online. What I thought was going to be a total nightmare turned out to be no problem at all. I do not know if my friends hired bad movers, or if I had luck finding an amazing company! The whole crew were very professional & polite. They took so much care in handling every piece of furniture, wrapping them in blankets and securing it in the truck using straps. They also took care of placing everything exactly where we wanted it and even put our adjustable bed frames back together for us. We were very impressed with the crew that was sent out from the start to the finish with not one piece of damaged goods. A Special Thanks goes out to the Crew Leader - Thomas for a job well done. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers the option to talk on the phone with one of our representatives, or they can book online on our modern-day site. We have employees to monitor our website 24/7 because responsiveness is very important to us. After our customers book, they receive a confirmation e-mail confirming all the details of their order. Every move we conduct has a team captain that reaches our to ensure that the team comes fully prepared on move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
80% of our employees have the moving experience of at least two years. Our services are guaranteed perfection, because there is nothing our team has not encountered yet. We do except new movers on our platform, but they have to undergo a training to certify before they start.
