I have used LIOO Moving a few times in the past for local moves and my experience has always been good. The two individuals we had this time were two of the most professional and kind movers we have ever dealt with. We recently moved across the country with another company and it was a nightmare. All of our belongings went into storage while our house was in the process of being built. We needed the items loaded in with boxes on one end and furniture on the other so we could access our boxes if we needed something. The previous movers basically threw everything into storage with everything mixed together and stacked in a manner that was unstable (move one thing, everything falls). On top of that, they jammed everything up against one door making us unable to open that door. We hired LIOO Moving to empty the storage and re-pack it correctly. It was a big job! They were courteous and professional (and felt awful when they saw the condition of our belongings due to negligence of the former moving company-crushed boxes, broken furniture, etc.). They listened to us and stacked things exactly the way we asked. We’ll be moving again in 5-6 months and I will be calling them back to do our next move. I will continue to use and recommend this moving company!

ALL PROS, no cons out of LIOO moving. The crew members showed up early and got straight to work, really nice guys. They were careful in the loading and unloading of my things and when moving things around they ensured nothing was broken or damaged. Courtney the moving consultant laid out the pricing up front, so there were no hidden fees or costs. The price was very reasonable, I would without a doubt recommend using them again. It was such an excellent service. I even bought the team some lunch for their hard work. Literally no complaints!

I've never used a Professional Moving Company before contacting LIOO Moving and making a reservation online. What I thought was going to be a total nightmare turned out to be no problem at all. I do not know if my friends hired bad movers, or if I had luck finding an amazing company! The whole crew were very professional & polite. They took so much care in handling every piece of furniture, wrapping them in blankets and securing it in the truck using straps. They also took care of placing everything exactly where we wanted it and even put our adjustable bed frames back together for us. We were very impressed with the crew that was sent out from the start to the finish with not one piece of damaged goods. A Special Thanks goes out to the Crew Leader - Thomas for a job well done. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give our customers the option to talk on the phone with one of our representatives, or they can book online on our modern-day site. We have employees to monitor our website 24/7 because responsiveness is very important to us. After our customers book, they receive a confirmation e-mail confirming all the details of their order. Every move we conduct has a team captain that reaches our to ensure that the team comes fully prepared on move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
80% of our employees have the moving experience of at least two years. Our services are guaranteed perfection, because there is nothing our team has not encountered yet. We do except new movers on our platform, but they have to undergo a training to certify before they start.
