- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will make sure you fully understand the pricing before you agree to anything. All of our prices are upfront (NO HIDDEN FEES)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit down and give our customers a thorough breakdown on what to expect from start to finish and explain how certain things can affect the pricing, we will also let them know that we’re here to comfort them and take great care of their belongings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first started doing deliveries for a friend who owned two furniture stores and then decided to start my own company. I also worked for Fed-Ex so I’m very experienced in loading and packing a moving truck, I have packed many 53ft semis. We do our best to make sure that all your needs are safely taken care of, I know how it feels to see a customer dissatisfied because they were charged outrageous prices for mileage and other services. That’s why at Place To Place Moving we don’t charge a mileage fee. We charge hourly or flat rate depending on the job. No surprises at the end of your move.
