Just recently did a Spring Fling barbeque to kick off the 2014 golf season for Southeastern Golf Group, with only four days to plan it went off with a bang. Still getting phone calls about the food, which I prepared.

Make sure the professinal you choose responds immediately and has a respect for your time.
