- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality, customization, and service that I provide — from fresh, locally sourced ingredients to beautifully plated presentations and warm, attentive hospitality. I offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing with no hidden fees. For local bookings, I occasionally offer seasonal discounts, such as $300 off private dining experiences. Each quote is tailored to the size of your group, menu preferences, and style of service (buffet or plated).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen — I want to understand your vision, dietary preferences, and the energy you want to create. From there, I offer menu suggestions or help you build a fully customized experience. Once we finalize the details, I send over a proposal with pricing, and a 50% deposit secures your date. On the day of the event, my team and I arrive early to set up, cook on-site, serve, and leave your space just as we found it — if not better!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve trained under top chefs, attended hands-on culinary intensives, and continuously stay up to date with evolving food trends and techniques. Most importantly, I’ve gained years of experience through professional cooking, catering, and teaching cooking classes, which has refined both my skill set and ability to create memorable food experiences.
