Prices Ranges from $25-$125 per person, from salad and sandwich bars to elegant multi-course dinners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer tells me about their event and what they love to eat, I curate a menu and send a proposal. A week prior to the event I will confirm all other details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates in culinary arts from Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, I am serve safe certified as well. I have been a Sous Chef for Delaware North at Bridgestone Arena and at Miel Restaurant.
