The experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every dish was crafted with care using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and you could truly taste the difference. Michelle was amazing to work with. She was responsive, listened to my needs and designed a menu that fit well with 10 kids and 10 adults. Everyone raved about the spread put out and especially loved the taste of her pancakes. If you’re looking for an experienced professional chef, give Michelle a try.

We looked into a few companies for our daughters graduation celebration and decided to go with Terracota Catering Co. Best decision ever!Michelle is the chef behind this company and we loved our experience for many reasons.Reliability: Michelle arrived on time and was extremely well organized. She cooked and prepared everything on-site and all by herself and always seemed to have everything under control.Quality: The food was excellent. We chose a menu with meat, chicken, and several vegetable dishes everything was flavorful and cooked to the perfect temperature -specially the meat, which we really appreciated. Dessert was also delicious and was even served with a touch of edible flowerscute!Food display: we chose a buffet-style setup and everything was beautifully arranged (no foil containers).Cleanliness: At the end, Michelle made sure to leave the kitchen spotless and even stored all the leftovers in containers she provided.Michelle is very focused and has a lovely personality. Shes warm, professional, and truly cares about making the event special. We couldnt recommend Terracota Catering more.Thank you for making of our daughters graduation such a special experience.

Prices Ranges from $45-$125 per person, from salad and sandwich bars to elegant multi-course dinners
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer tells me about their event and what they love to eat, I curate a menu and send a proposal. A week prior to the event I will confirm all other details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates in culinary arts from Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, I am serve safe certified as well. I have been a Sous Chef for Delaware North at Bridgestone Arena and at Miel Restaurant.
