What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I obtain more exposure with this, my price will be lower than competitors. As I gain more stability in reaching new customers and retaining returning customers, the price will increase. So I would book while the price is low !!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the area in first and from there I can determine what should go where and if containers / organizers or hangers are needed !
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always found more comfort in having an organized and clean space in my own home and decided to turn that hobby into a business !
