Introduction: I became a fitness instructor and personal trainer to change lives. I have a deep passion for helping people see their true potential and strive to be the best version of themselves! I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have worked in top gyms as an instructor, trainer and in management from NYC to LA and Nashville. Now, with Nashville as my home base, I have opened my own home studio that I train people out of and am working on developing and opening a bigger concept based around the treadmill that I hope to debut in 2016 called Endorphins Training! My focus isn't to transform people into supermodels or body builders, but to encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle that can be sustained and to help foster these changes to last so that happiness is achieved.

Megan is, hands down, the best trainer I've ever worked with...and that's saying a lot because I've been "working" with trainers for over 20 years. I started training with her in January, after being nearly completely inactive for two years. I was terrified. But, despite the fact that I wanted to die during the first several times, Megan provided the exact type of encouragement that I needed, and the exact type of workout. She spends a lot of time preparing individual workouts for all of her clients, ensuring that you have a balanced workout schedule, regardless of whether you meet with her once a week or more. She has helped me lose 20lbs and get back into running shape, and is now training me for a PR in a half marathon. She is simply the best, and she goes above and beyond for every single one of her clients, no matter your fitness level, style, attitude, or goal. You will not regret investing in yourself by investing in Megan.

Most personal trainers are going to give you a challenging custom workout. While Megan's workouts are intense and physically pushing, what sets her apart from most is her ability to push you mentally as well. She is always encouraging her clients to reach their full potential both with fitness and beyond. Her passion shines through in everything she does and you can tell she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of each of her clients. Over the years, she has become a great friend and mentor in addition to pushing me physically to my limits with each workout. If you have the opportunity to train with her - do it! Your body (and mind and spirit) will thank you!

I train with Megan 2-3 times per week and have seen huge changes in just a month! Megan's workouts are very challenging but she makes sure they are fun and different each time so they fly by. Megan has also helped me address my diet so that I get the most gains from my workouts. I have seen physical results as well as changes in my mood and energy since I started working out with Megan. She is knowledgeable, positive and kind, and I look forward to each session with her. I definitely recommend training with her!
