Introduction: With me, you get more than just a hard workout! I specialize in providing each client with unique and challenging workouts every time, as well as a motivational and supportive environment in which they can grow and find their best selves. My background is in psychology and performance therapy, as well as fitness. I have been training for 6 years and teaching group fitness for 10 years. I aim to work with every client on how they like to work out in order to challenge them and keep motivation high! Fitness is a lifelong habit, and my goal with everyone I work with is to have you find how the habit fits for you. Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!

I like that going to megan is like seeing an old friend. She is personable, client centered and has a great sense of humor. I'd highly recommend her to my friends who want to be challenged in a friendly, comfortable environment.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always loved fitness and sports. In high school I began strength training to supplement my running and swimming to help me get stronger and faster. In college I helped friends set up workout routines and get motivated, so after graduating from my masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, training seemed like the best outlet for me to continue to pursue fitness and wellness!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with clients ranging from 9-65 with different goals. I have helped people prep for events, lose weight, gain muscle, recover from injury, use exercise as stress relief, pre and post partum, and just to stay in shape.
