Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: WaterWorks Entertainment owner, Rosemary Haskins, has been involved in the music industry for over 15+ years. She has been an artist, composer, roadie, tour manager, promoter, producer, recording engineer, live engineer, vocalist, instrumentalist, web designer and maintainer, and has worn just about every hat available in the entertainment industry. She has worked on over 150+ projects, including producing and engineering individual artists' albums, as well as her own albums, film scores, commercial spots, radio and television (including landing one of the most sought after internships in the country, with Country Music Television (CMT), when she was studying for her second degree in audio engineering and production). There is virtually no surface in the industry that she has not covered. She has taken artists from their infancy, to producing and engineering albums that have lead several artists to record and publishing deals. She can take any artist, of any genre, and help them record a fantastic album, and guide them in the proper direction for continued artist growth. A Nashville native, Rosemary has worked with dozens and dozens of well known artists, A&R reps, publishers, writers, magazines, venues, etc. for almost 2 decades. Many of her clients have said that working with her is a "real treat", as she is always open to experimenting with new and unusual recording techniques, and isn't afraid to walk hand in hand with the artists she works with. When you work with her, she isn't just helping you make a great record, she is helping to shape your profile as an artist. Her years of experience and education in the field, are second to none. She is currently studying for a masters in Audio Engineering, to be followed by a PhD. She has been described as an "unstoppable force" in the music industry. As a Nashville native, Rosemary grew up surrounded by music and musicians. She first began playing guitar at age 7, was in the school band and orchestra (including the prestigious Vanderbilt University "junior" orchestra), and began playing shows in several of the local venues when she was just 13 years old. She recorded her first EP, with the first band she was a member of, when she was only 14. That experience lead her to finding that her true passion was not just the passion of an artist, but as an engineer and producer too. To sum it up, what she likes most about her job, is the fact that she is able to make a living off of her passion, which is, you guessed it, music! She has said that, "being able to take an artist that comes in with just an acoustic guitar, a simple melody, and a few lyrics, and help develop them and their songs into something far greater than the they had ever dreamed was possible, is an amazing and almost spiritual experience. Seeing that smile on their face, and the pride they take in the songs I have helped to record and produce, is simply priceless. It encourages me to get up every morning and start the day anew. There is no greater joy then hearing and artist say, "I'm just another singer/songwriter," and helping them realize that they are not "just another" anything. I love everything about my job, I feel so blessed to be able to do music as a full time career, and I love being able to help and encourage others make it their full time career as well."
