Mark took the time to walk me through the chemicals and pool pump bc my family & I just moved in. We are fairly new to the pool system. He did a great job cleaning and shocked the pool. I highly recommend their services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a premium for one-time or first time service because, in general, everything needs to be done. These one-off cleanings take a long time, the equipment needs to be inspected, and the water chemistry is usually in need of significant treatment. Our weekly service rate is currently $80 per visit plus chemicals, much lower than our one time or first time service fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mark Woodward (owner/tech) and Simeon Michelson (tech) are both Certified Pool Operators (CPO).
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work mostly with residential pool and hot tub owners. We service gunnite/plaster, vinyl, and fiberglass pools. Salt and conventional — sand, cartridge, and D.E filters.
We repair pumps, replace pumps, replace pump motors, replace filters, cleane filter cartridges, replace salt cells, install heaters, install automation systems, repair cracks in pool decks and pool coping, measure and install safety covers, provide acid wash services and drain and refill services, repair damaged pool and hot tub plumbing, and clean very green pools.
