Let me start by saying, I am not a cake person. However, my husband insisted on having a cake at our wedding because "you're supposed to". We tasted 6 of Duncan's cake combinations. They were all DELICIOUS! We went with a red velvet cake for our wedding cake. We also served cupcakes which were raspberry cake with lemonade frosting and chocolate cake with a caramel frosting. They were a hit at our small wedding. People even ate some before the cake cutting ceremony! Duncan was very helpful and patient while we decided on flavors. He also added the beautiful flowers on top to match our wedding colors. Thank you so much, Duncan! We can not wait to eat the top layer for our anniversary! Only 359 days!

Duncan made us an absolutely delicious cake for our wedding! It was white chocolate cake with almond cream frosting on one layer and almond cake with almond cream frosting on another. He also came back to help us box up the leftovers. A really sweet guy and a pleasure to work with (especially because things got really hectic in the hours before my wedding). Very pleased with our experience!

My grandmother grew up in a bakery in Memphis, that Elvis used to frequent. The traditions were passed down from generation to generation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done projects as small as a dozen cupcakes for a friends birthday to large (1,000 attendant) corporate events.
