I loved working with Adriel for my wedding! I used her for month of coordination since I had my vendors all decided on when I hired her. I would highly suggest a wedding coordinator no matter how organized you are for a wedding simply so you can enjoy your day to the fullest but Adriel went above and beyond my expectations. She has an eye for detail and when I went to walk down the aisle I was stunned at how breathtaking everything looked! My vendors and volunteers enjoyed working with her from set up to clean up as she made sure everyone was on the same page. She remembered all the little details like putting some of the leftover wine in our get away car for the night of. I can't say enough how awesome she was!

Lauren and her team did an amazing job coordinating my wedding. She worked with my husband and I every step of the way in the months leading up to it to ensure we had everything done on time. She contacted vendors and was their day of contact so I didn't have to worry about anything but getting married. She did a wonderful job decorating the space we had our reception in just how I'd pictured. If you don't want to worry about making things go smoothly the day of your event, hire Lauren. Working with Kacey was a dream! She was willing to work with us on everything from styling, budget, timing, etc. Her personality is very warm and I felt confident upon talking with her that she'd get the job done with care and attention to detail. She delivered! She created a Pinterest board specifically for our wedding, which I felt was such a helpful tool and also made us feel like we were getting a personalized experience. We'd talked about having a certain flower in my bouquet that wasn't quite in season yet, and I was prepared to go without it but Kacey worked SO hard to make sure it was incorporated. In the chaos of planning, I had forgotten to ask for a toss bouquet and had told my bridesmaids I was going to steal one of theirs for the bouquet toss. In the end I didn't even need to because Kacey had thought of it already and made me one. I could go on, but simply, Kacey is wonderful to work with, creates beautiful flower arrangements, has reasonable prices and I would book her again!

At first I thought I could get things together myself, but I soon realized getting together an awesome wedding is a full time job! Aundrea took me on as a client and took a HUGE weight off my shoulders! She is so sweet and kind and took over immediately. You name it, she was in line with EVERYTHING, that makes a wedding “storybook” like my friend called it. The venue, the food, the photographer, the drinks, the bartender, the flowers, the decor of the venue in the colors we chose, the invites, the thank you notes, the seating cards, organizing the ceremony itself with the officiate, the timing of the ceremony and the music of the ceremony, the wedding parting gifts to the guests, decorating my house for the after party, OH MY GOSH, have I forgotten anything! Do NOT look any further than Patrice for your wedding coordinator!! I married my best friend on August 18th and it would not have been the day I had always dreamed without Patrice and her assistant Gina. She made my wedding beautiful, she was on top of her game, made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure my vision and what I wanted was executed above and beyond what I asked and what I wanted. She knew what I needed without me saying anything. She is MORE than just a day or coordinator she is with you and for you from the day you hire her. She is constantly in contact with you, suggestive and supportive. Many many times I had some bumps in the road in the months leading up to our wedding and she went to bat for me, helped me and made miracles happen! With our proven track record and attention to detail we blow the competetors out of the water. Punctuality is very important.     Lauren receives my highest recommendation. She is professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, responsible, efficient, and able to jump in without direction. Here’s why I would recommend Lauren for any event planning, event management, or wedding day coordination. I hired Lauren to be my Wedding Day Manager for my wedding to be held near my home town in Kentucky. I was planning a wedding from 1200 miles away in Colorado. She was understanding of my unique situation and provided me with sense of security that everything on our wedding day would be well taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy. She did just that. Lauren showed up to our venue without ever seeing it before, got a short walk through, and was able to take it from there.     • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
