Mr. Law Larson what an incredible trainer he is. Mr. Larson understands what it means to listen and take on your goals as his. He comes in to each session with a goal in mind and motivates you to complete each exercise and goes at your pace. He has transformed my body by building muscle while cutting fat and gaining weight, all at the same time. If there were more stars to give I would. If you are looking to challenge yourself physically he is the trainer for you. If your looking to loose weight he is the person to see. If you want to gain strength and muscles he is the personal trainer for you. I would recommend him now and in the future to anyone who is looking for one. He is very versatile in his dynamics and training sessions. He has helped me set goals and we met and exceeded these goals in 12 sessions. He is a great trainer and person.
I've been using James with Nexus Fitness for a little over 2 months now. I am already seeing great results! One of the things I enjoy most about working with James is that he caters the work out to my needs and abilities. He pushes me, but does not kill me. He gives me work outs to do throughout the week so that I am progressing even outside of our personal training sessions. He is also very knowledgeable and is constantly explaining how each exercise affects the body.
I have nothing but positives to say about my experience thus far. Ethan performed an initial fitness assessment as the basis for a comprehensive fitness program which includes resistance, metabolic, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and HIRT (high intensity resistance training) based on my primary objectives for weight loss and improved body composition. He re-evaluates and changes up the circuits regularly to keep things challenging and the body guessing. Six months later, I am down 20 lbs and double-digits in inches. He is personable, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. He has been one of the best investments of time and money I have ever spent. If you follow his recommendations, you will see results. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Lalo is a pleasure to work with! I really didn't have a specific goal going into our complimentary consultation session, other than I just "wanted to be more healthy." We started on a 3x-a-week meeting schedule and he had a suggested meal plan ready for me by my first session. This was VERY helpful. When I put the meal plan into my daily lifestyle, coupled with Lalo's personal training sessions, after 4 months I have dropped 30+ lbs, taken more than 10% of my body fat away, and feel better than I ever remember when I was in high school (I'm a 37 y/o male). I am MORE than pleased with these results, but what is even better is that I feel like I really have a grasp on how to live a healthy lifestyle...for life! Lalo also intuitively knows the perfect balance of being friendly and keeping the atmosphere light while still knowing the right words and tones to make sure you're "staying on task" in terms of eating right and exercising away from the training session times. Five-stars - I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness or age level!
Love love love Shana! I came into my training sessions not having any idea how to work out, no experience in the gym and very little knowledge on how to attempt a healthier life style. Shana pushes me and makes me feel comfortable. She takes her time in explaining things and is always there to encourage. Not only do I find using Shana as my trainer as a great life changing decision but also the environment at Olympus Gym. Coming from a place of uncertainty in regards to the gym, this has been so wonderful. I am almost 8 weeks in---down some pounds and inches for sure (weigh in and measurements tonight for office count!) I am seeing results, gaining knowledge and feeling better while getting a new found confidence.
Sarah is awesome! After being on an exercise hiatus for almost 2 months I decided it was time to kick it up a notch. Sarah is great at reminding me that I can do the work, even when my body wants to give up. She's always got new exercises up her sleeve; the variety really keeps it interesting. I've been very pleased with her training efforts and positive attitude!
A+++. Hunter has changed my life. He's teaching me to strengthen and sculpt my body using the most advanced training methods. Fitness is a science, and Hunter has lived it for over 40 years. He has helped me correct bad habits, fix problematic body issues, and is giving an education in fitness I did not expect. Lastly, he makes it possible to do two hours of work in less than an hour. Seeing results in two weeks was simply incredible. If you want a strong, healthy, great-looking body, Hunter is without a doubt the very best at training. Again, A+++!
They both are professionals so they know what they are doing. They have adjusted different exercises and weights to suit my abilities. I trust them both so much! I started out very weak and am progressing well! Training with them has been one of the best things I have ever done!

Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it. I would recommend Matt to anyone that's looking for a personal trainer. He's always extremely professional and just a really nice guy to be around. Definitely a 5 star trainer!
In a personal trainer I was searching for a cross between Jillian Micheals and Bob Harper, I was lucky to that with Knox Pilkerton. Knox is passionate about health and fitness, he's committed to making sure his clients reach their fitness goals. He reminds me each session that 80% of reaching my weight loss goals is attributed to what I choose to consume daily. He has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition and he's always happy to share meaningful tips and ideas with his clients. Erich is an amazing knowledgeable trainer. In May 2017 I had a fall resulting in brain surgery. This left me with disabilities which restricted my moments and caused weight gain. Erich’s background of doing Rehab in the Navy plus his several years of personal training made him and amazing fit for me. He helped me with my muscle movement and to loose 20 Lbs in a couple months. Even though we have moved far away he continuies to keep in touch and give pointers to ensure I am staying on the right track. He is a personal trainer who cares about you and your end results. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a trainer who knows how to train no matter your body type or level of experience.

It is obvious from the first meeting that Samantha has a true skill set and passion for what she does. She is able to navigate a variety of needs for both Female and Male clients, regardless of skill and health. The wife and I came to her with very different goals and problem areas; her ability to tailor our individual workouts for maximum results is a testament to her training and experience. I've been going to Zerian a few weeks now and he rocks! The exercises are not too complex, and you definitely feel the burn. He pushes you but isn't overbearing. Worth every penny!!
My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Mitch Kornberg has changed my life for the better. Thanks to just three hours a week of coaching from Mitch, I am stronger and more flexible at 51 than I was 30. I am leaner, too, having added muscle and decreased my body fat by 10 percent. I still have work to do, but I am proud of the improvements Mitch has helped me make. Mitch is a natural motivator who makes working out fun and challenging. He also has a deep understanding of the science behind fitness.
