Shawna taught me voice lessons. She was very patient and persistent with me, and my vocal goals. She helped me reach certain notes, by using my head voice, with confidence and precision- She is excellent. You can tell she is passionate about music and wants others to exceed in their talent. I would highly recommend her to anyone

For the months that I have had Marlena as my vocal teacher, I can say that I was able to grow in multiple ways. I am thankful that I was given such a heart warming, and wonderful example as both a mentor and a voice teacher. Next week will be my last lesson with her, as I have decided not to pursue singing as a career anymore, but I will surely miss the lessons that I have had every week with Marlena. If I could go back, I would most definitely choose Marlena all over again. Marlena, if you are reading this, thank you very much, and I will miss seeing you every week via our Skype lessons. I hope to keep in touch. Thank you for your wonderful words of advice, and sharing your personal experiences with me. I was able to grow as both a vocalist and a person. God bless.

Kameri is so sweet! She made piano lessons fun and not stressful. I came to her as a beginner and learned so much. She was very encouraging and easy to work with. We set goals for myself and she helped me achieve them. I would highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Miss Heidi! As a former student, and a mother of two students, Heidi makes music lessons a lot of fun, and at the same time is serious about proper training. It's clear that she puts her heart and soul into her work - and her students!

If you are looking for a guitar teacher, I would highly recommend Steve Weber. He has really helped to advance my guitar playing since I started taking lessons 5 months ago. He is very flexible and will work with you in the areas that interest you most. Give Steve a try, you won't be disappointed.

I may be a bit biased since Gina is my wife but as a musician myself and having watched her teach and play for years, I feel I can give a good opinion! Gina is very professional in her approach and makes learning fun for both the child and adult. She is patient and kind as she teaches but firm and kind when needed for some of the younger children. She has taught our children a lot about music, including teaching both our daughters their first piano lessons. Our oldest daughter is now an accomplished musician in her own right, playing violin, piano, cello, guitar, flute, and sings. I would highly recommend her to teach you or your children!

She will care for and about you, but she will not coddle you. She will compliment you without bias and for constructive purposes, but she will criticize you the same way. She will push and (as she puts it) "nag" you, but she will also make you laugh and put you at complete ease. Hire her if you want a knowledgeable, professional, passionate, and very honest teacher who wants to improve your skills for life. Stay away if you simply want ego boosts and quick fixes. 10/10 so far and loving it. -Jason D.

        About

I teach private voice and piano lessons. I travel to students' homes or do lessons over Skype, whichever is most convenient.

        About

Unlike many music teachers, I enjoy and have success working with very young students, as well as adults. As soon as a child knows and recognizes the ABC's, they are ready to begin piano lessons. Toddlers can learn to sing on tune and learn about music theory through rhythm play.

        About

I have been giving singing lessons for 3 years. I have worked with many great performers such as Linda Davis, Amy Grant, and Generation for Creation Arts. I have also been a contestant on season 3 of American Idol. I have been featured in VH1 Rising Stars, Fashion Rock, and I performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. I will work with beginners and with those of you who just want some help with your voice. Let me gain your business.

        About

I'm a college student studying to be a music educator. I have taught saxophone and basic piano lessons. My main instrument is voice, and I have done several coaching for different age groups. I have experience tutoring in lower levels of math, writing, and reading comprehension. I've been swimming for quite a while, and I'm willing to teach the basics to anyone who's willing to learn.

        About

I'm 23 years old and have been playing bass and guitar for a decade now. I picked up the drums when people started leaving their own drums at my house around the age of 15. I went to a Catholic school for 12 years and have sang in many choirs. Some of my own music teachers partially acted as therapists and really listened to what I had to say instead of being condescending in their roles as instructors. I like to pass that on to whoever is willing to put in the time and effort towards accomplishing something for themselves. I have a competitive hourly(+) wage. Music is the sound of the soul so develop yours.

I'm a vocal performance major in Middle Tennessee looking for experience in teaching commercial and classical voice.

        About

I have had professional vocal lessons for 10 years, and I know the importance of training the voice properly. Developing the voice at an early age helps a singer expand his/her range and genre, whether it be classical, pop, jazz, etc. I incorporate the foundations of singing into the process of learning songs that interest the vocal students.
