Changed complete 2 x new 3 ton units, Lennox. Both Condenser+Coil+Furnace. It has been about 2 weeks and they are working fine. Frost Point rate is very good. Work is good.

Greg Davis showed up exactly when he said he was going to, quickly diagnosed & fixed an igniter on my Lenox furnace, charged about 1/2 of what i was expecting. Over the last 7 years, I have previously used 3 different HVAC maintenance companies, felt screwed by all 3. This morning, I think i finally found an honest, friendly, technically capable, and punctual company to service my HVAC. I'll certainly call Greg for AC checkup in the Spring.

After a horrifying experience from the previous HVAC servicer which left me in the situation that I found myself in (Summer rapidly approaching and AC unit down). I decided to ask a friend if he knew anyone that does AC repair. I got the name Fitzroy Moses and immediately recognized it from his business card I received years prior. I placed a call on Saturday approximately 10am and he arrived at my residence about half hour later. He was quick to identify the problem and offered a variety of solutions and options. Shortly thereafter, we agreed on a reasonable price and an action plan was in place. Moses returned as promised the following day, Easter Sunday after attending Church to start working. His professional approach was admirable as he took great care to protect flooring and furniture while moving material for the job. Within a few hours, my new unit was up and running. The knowledge, experience, professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail that he displayed has earned him a customer for life.
