Chavella was amazing the day of our event. She showed up on time and seemed to take a ton of pictures. I cannot comment on how the pictures look because I still have not received the photographs. The event was 17 days ago. I am hoping to the pictures in the next day.

We used this company to cover a graduation party for our daughter. Ryan arrived on time and is a polite person. However I had to ask him multiple times to walk around and take pictures of our guests and in general cover the event. At least twice I had to search for him and I believe there was some trouble with his camera. I still hoped that he got some good shots for our memories and unfortunately am sorely disappointed. The composition of images made no sense and almost all of them are out of focus. Even pictures of food and decorations were sub par. We made the mistake of not taking some photos using our phones because that would have at least given us some good ones for posterity. As it is, this is my first negative review on a Thumbtack hire.
