Ms. Liu has been my 14-yr old son's teacher for almost two years and we are very fortunate to have found her. He has been taking lessons for 7 years. Ms. Liu is patient and accomodating to my son's busy schedule. Our goal is for our son to continue to learn and appreciate music not as a requirement but as an enjoyment. Ms. Liu's structured program is well rounded that comprises of theory, practice, festivals, recitals and composing. We are very pleased that our son continues his music study. He doe not complain about it and faithfully completes his assignments as he doesn't feel pressured when not completing all assignments. We highly recommend Ms. Liu to all students desiring to learn to play the piano!

Prudence is a gifted musician and a phenomenal teacher. She is a sensitive and insightful "student" of her students, able to creatively challenge them to do their best. I have two daughters (age 9 and 6) who take lessons from Prudence and who are very different in almost every way imaginable. But every week, Prudence assesses what each one needs to progress in her piano studies - when to push, when to hold back or focus on encouragement. I also appreciate her balanced approach to recitals and competitions, and they way she incorporates music theory and history into her lessons. From a pedagogy standpoint, I could not ask for a better teacher to teach my kids piano. But more importantly, Prudence inspires her students to love music and find joy in their playing. That is a gift that will last for a lifetime.

She's a very good professional piano teacher, she's very good to her students, my daughter loves her and learns a lot from her.
