If I could give 10 stars to Poolar Express Pool Care I would!I cant say enough good things about Jim and Poolar Express Pools! He started taking care of our pool when we put our house on the market and moved out of town, and he has been absolutely amazing ever since. Jim came every week for cleanings, always sent a picture of the pool, and checked all the equipment. Hed catch little issues before they turned into big problems and always let me know what was going on before fixing anything.Hes super reliable, communicates so well, and just genuinely cares about his work. The best part we finally sold our house and on the day of our closing, something damanged the pool equipment and caused an electrical surge that shut everything down. Total panic moment! Jim didnt even blink when I texted him, he was on his way and came right out, figured out the problem, and got everything working again so we could still close on time.Im beyond grateful for his help and how above-and-beyond he went for us. If you want someone dependable, honest, and easy to work with call Jim at Poolar Express Pools. You wont find anyone better!
