Online Coaching is available which covers Fitness/Nutrition/Habits coaching with me via an app, it works for people on a budget, who want to work alone, or have a crazy schedule. Can pay for 1/2/4 weeks at a time, inquire for long-term rates. I do have outdoor bootcamps on the weekends (Sat AM/Sun PM). Refer to the company website for more info. All of his workouts are unique so you never get tired of the activities and you may discover a like for some.
