We do not have a standard pricing system. We tailor our pricing to the complexity and time consumption of each issue. The reason we do this is to save our customers as much money as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically like to explain all of our services and processes as plainly as possible. We believe that superior customer service is what truly makes the difference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a full array of tutoring services in addition to educating the customer as much as possible during our interactions.
