Jack from Master Air Duct was prompt, professional, and helpful. He called me back within half an hour of my sending him a message. After he looked at the location, we discussed the situation and he suggested that another professional be called in, although I would have been happy to have him continue with cleaning the duct work. He said he would rather not do that, pending the other professional's report, because he could not guarantee that that would fix the problem. I appreciate and value his honesty.
