Jack from Master Air Duct was prompt, professional, and helpful. He called me back within half an hour of my sending him a message. After he looked at the location, we discussed the situation and he suggested that another professional be called in, although I would have been happy to have him continue with cleaning the duct work. He said he would rather not do that, pending the other professional's report, because he could not guarantee that that would fix the problem. I appreciate and value his honesty.

We had our air ducts cleaned this weekend and we were so amazed at how dirty they were , Jack was able to do a before and after of the ducts and a video of the return air as he was sucking out all the dirt , after 60 yrs you wouldnt have believed how dirty it was ! I am now a firm believer in air duct cleaning and Jack is definately the guy !! Such a great guy you will be so glad you have him in your arsenal as he has so many other talents !! Thank You Again!! Jack is very kind caring professional and very passionate about his business he takes time to explain everything and answer any questions or concerns he really goes above and beyond I am very very very pleased with his work he did an outstanding job cleaning my Air Ducts fireplace and chimney and let me tell you the results of the before and after photos are unbelievable it has made a tremendous difference with the airflow and health wise so if you're looking for professionalism honesty and good affordable prices don't look in further Jack is the right person for the job please give him a call you won't be disappointed I wish I could give 10 stars but system only allow 5 stars
