I was in shock Sunday evening when I discovered I needed air conditioner service and Master Air Duct LLC popped up. I messaged them and got an almost immediate response to see if they could come our right away! And they did. Jackie was there in less than 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit iin very short order. And it is working great. His fee was very reasonable and the value he generated by his quick response and action was phenomenal! You will be glad that you called them and they came to your home.

Jack was very truthful, professional and he explained everything to me. I was told by a plumbing service that I needed to purchase another heating and air unit. I told them that I was going to get another opinion and GOD KNOWS I'm happy that I found Jack!!!! He is a GOD SENT PERSON. He is honest and he tells the truth!!! Jack from Master Air Duct was prompt, professional, and helpful. He called me back within half an hour of my sending him a message. After he looked at the location, we discussed the situation and he suggested that another professional be called in, although I would have been happy to have him continue with cleaning the duct work. He said he would rather not do that, pending the other professional's report, because he could not guarantee that that would fix the problem. I appreciate and value his honesty.
