- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Payment Terms // Full payment is due upon completion of each project // session. Cancellation Policy // Cancellation of a scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, will be billed at 50% of the agreed-upon rate or time scheduled. Hands-On Organizing Details // We do the organizing for you! Hire us to purge, sort, categorize, create an efficient system and organize your space. Our rate includes two organizers, one donation haul off and product recommendation(s). We have a 4 hour minimum and a 6 hour maximum per each organizing session. Relocation Details // We purge, pack, unpack and organize. Pre-Move : We assist with purging, sorting, packing and donation haul off. Post-Move : We unpack and organizing your items into your new space. Boxes are broken down and hauled away to the clients requested area (garage, recycle, etc.). Supplies : We provide packing tape, markers and labels. Clients are responsible for providing boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and other necessary moving supplies. Pre-Paid Package Rates // Discounted Rates available with a 20 hour minimum purchase. Must be paid in full at time of purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your availability, budget and deadline are common determining factors. If you're uncertain on how many hours you should schedule, we suggest starting with 4 hours (our minimum). At your first organizing session, we'll conduct a walk through and suggest additional hours (if any). If you have multiple areas in mind, we suggest starting in the area that you feel is priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're active members of various professional organizations that keep us up to date on the latest home organizing trends. Reanna Wallace has attended two NAPO National conferences and is constantly reading // researching to stay in touch with the latest in Professional Organizing. She's also a member of the NAPO DFW Chapter and volunteered her time as Marketing Director for three years.
