Ron did an excellent job in installing a dishwasher at one of our rent houses. He was there at the time he promised and did a professional installation. I would highly recommend Ron White and Texas Appliance Masters.

Appointment time was 11-1pm, Although he called, he showed up 30 mins late. He told us he thought the evaporator needed replacing. It was low on freon but he had no supplies with him. He left for supplies and didn't get back till 7:30pm or so. Had trouble with his gauges but put freon in and the freezer still only gets down to 9deg and it should be between 0 and 5 deg. So needles to say it cost $250.00 and still the same problem.I do not recommend this company or the tech.

I'm happy to respond in regards to the leak with your refrigerator and date of service on February 3, 2015. I can apologize for any inconvenience of not having the evaporator or stop leak available in stock, as these are not demanding parts for day to day business. As well as the return time for same day repair. However, the estimate to replace the evaporator was declined by the present party, Ms. Julia K. A more affordable solution was inquired, which was the temporary fix of attempting to fill the leak with Stop Leak and refill the freon. A verbal, written, and signed statement was provided advising Ms. Julia K, no guarantee for length freon will last and customer wanting Stop Leak and freon charge on invoice totaling just $211.10. If timing permits financially to now properly fix the leak replacing the evaporator, Texas Appliance Masters guarantees parts replaced by us for 90 days. We do appreciate your business and feedback.
