Our mission for our clients is to transform their filthy BBQ Grills back into the high performance machine that it once was. We love the “OMG” or “Wow” factor that our repair and cleaning services get from the client. Every year, gas, propane and wood burning Grills cause injury and death, this is due to a number of factors. Grease fires, leaking gas or even rodents. The work quality was great; however, he estimated 3 hours but spent 5. At least 30-45 minutes of that was a smoke break in his truck. Happy with the work but did not appreciate going that much over budgeted time, especially at $150/ hour.

Did an amazing job fixing my grill and made sure everything was safe and secure!! I had ordered a lot of spare parts and he only used the ones that needed replacing letting me save money and return the rest so I really feel like he had my best interest in mind.

We’ve not changed our pricing in 5 years. Grill cleaning start at $169 and fireplace cleanings & repairs start at $159.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wow them from start to finish with punctuality, hard work and an awesome finished or repaired grill or fireplace.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I have our bachelors and our techs are NFI certified. This is the highest certification in the fireplace service industry.
