I hired Michelle to my prom hair and makeup and was super unprofessional. I had plans to go out with friends by 5 and I told her and she said that she would be there after 2pm which you can see in the photos. She got there at 4:30. She brought a lady with her to do my hair and she would pull my hair so hard and burned my ears and neck multiple times with a straightner (not a curler). I asked for a specific hair style and she only curled the end of My hair and didn't even put the hair piece in the center. The eye makeup was not too bad but she had to do my eyeliner like 5 times and she would wipe the top of my eyes with equate flushable wipes and not even makeup wipes. I had to fix the eyeliner because she could not do it right. She used a foundation that was way too light on my skin and later used a bronzer that was way too dark so my face looked patchy and streaky and wanted to charge me more when I asked for it to be fixed and somewhat match my neck so I had to fix it after she left . She directly used all of her products on me which in no way is sanitary and put pink lipstick on me right after I asked for red to match my dress. I had to redo a lot of the work they did on me and I never got to go to my plans before prom and I was a whole hour late because of her. Obviously I got upset and when I asked her if she could negotiate the price she had given me because I did not like any of their work. she threatened me. I ended up paying over $200 for hair and makeup that simply was not good. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy for her unprofessionalism. UPDATE: Who doesn't shower before prom?? I took a shower in the morning because you said you were going to be there after 2 so I wanted to air dry my hair. I also don't have patches in my hair. I understand you don't control the traffic, however there is no reason to be 2 hours late to an appointment, you should have considered traffic times before you left. Also my dad was basically telling you to leave because it was already the time my prom had started and I had to still had to fix my hair and makeup, get dressed and drive almost an hour to my venue. You knew I was unhappy with the results so when I asked for a lower price you threatened us and it was scary because you would not leave out house. Very unprofessional.

another profesional would not even touch your hair was really really terrible and yes i would not leave outside your house because you were not paying me and i had to call the cops for you to pay me and in the photo is says i will arive after 2 pm that means 3 pm the trafic was one hour your house was inposible to accomodate my stuff believe me another girl it had leave with out doing any service and i would let everybody on this app i already report you because is inposible to do service with your grease hair and crazy family good bye
