It was with trepidation that we decided to finally pull the trigger and install the new floors we had been talking about for the past 10 years! The entire house, including closets, was to be done. We shopped several of the big box stores as well as the highly advertised flooring specialists. On a whim, we stopped in to Trademark Floors, just down the street from our house. From that first in store visit to our last phone call, the experience has been remarkable. We were told exactly what to expect and when. The crew that installed our selection was punctual, polite and most considerate regarding our home and furnishings. It was begun and completed exactly as they said it would be. Any tiny issues that concerned us were handled immediately. We could not be happier with our floors, or with the service provided by Travis, Zak, Susan and Edgar and his crew. Susan did an excellent job with tile selection, estimating my needs & explaining the process. The install crew showed up on time, kept entire project clean, and their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Trademark Floors for all your flooring needs and wants!!!
