I received a response right away. My clients needed staging done within a couple of days and Revival homestaging managed to work around the hurdle and get my clients homestaged exactly when they needed it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for active military and veterans. We also have a loyalty program and give referral fees to our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will have an introductory phone call. Clients will then provide photos of the home or I will visit the home to see what style furniture should be used for the particular property. Once we establish a staging date, a deposit will need to be held in order to hold that date for the client.
