- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for active military and veterans. We also have a loyalty program and give referral fees to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will have an introductory phone call. Clients will then provide photos of the home or I will visit the home to see what style furniture should be used for the particular property. Once we establish a staging date, a deposit will need to be held in order to hold that date for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over ten years in the real estate industry.
