The communication and correspondence was great, but on the actual day I needed their services there was a lot of miscommunication and issues when it came to the driver and him doing what we were paying him to do. I laid out very detailed instructions for the day, but that was not communicated to the driver and when trying to communicate it on the day, he was being very difficult.

MBEG was so easy to work with. I booked the party bus for my husbands 50th party. Sorian arrived on time. The party bus was clean. He was very professional. It was a great experience. We will definitely be using MBEG again in the near future.
