As discussed you sent me a picture and specified strictly that you wanted the cake exactly as picture, I followed your instructions, you did not specify age was different, when giving instructions on pick up time to be by 11am you text me stating you could only pick up between 11 30 and 1 30 morning of scheduled pick up, I explained I needed to leave no later than 12 30pm , you then sent an Uber to pick cake up that did not arrive until almost 1pm, I generally show the client the cake at pick up and if minor changes need to be made I can do it before you leave my home. The Uber driver did not take care of driving carefully and your cake got damaged in route. Had you adhered to the pick up time , I would have been able to fix the number 1 to number 2 very easily. I never want to ruin any celebration and always do my best to make the perfect cake.
