Besides being in my loft you would have thought we were at a 5 star restaurant. I truly say that Chef Clarence came into my home and put forth his greatest effort to prepare my favorite dish of all time for my birthday and the service was beyond measureable. We had blackened catfish with lobster mac and cheese and sweet potato mash that I thought an angel made. Everyone was trying to eat faster just so they could take in more. There were no to go plates lol. I can't find many words to describe how much passion was in this food. I felt like floyd mayweather. If you want a great meal with great service inside of your own home this is the man you need to hire. Thank you Chef for creating a most memorable night for me and my friends. You will be hired by me again!
