Found them and was able to get an appointment for the same day. I sent information about what I needed done and some pictures. They quoted me, and arrived by the time of the appointment. Was able to fix the drawer without needing any extra supplies. They were quick and the drawer came out perfect. Would definitely call them again for any other fixtures needed, and highly recommend! I wanted to change out one of our bathroom faucets, but when I went to turn the water off, I got the dreaded "knob turns and water doesn't turn off" problem for both vales. Having never changed a shutoff valve before, I came to Thumbtack to get a few estimates. I talked to OCASATX first, and got estimates for both changing the two valves for this one faucet, and for changing all the valves in the house, thinking if two went bad, they're all going to be bad because they're all probably the original valves from the 90s. After talking with several options, I decided to come back to OCAS because their not only was their estimate one of the best, but also they were very helpful and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I decided to have all the valves in the house replaced, and bought a few 5-packs of 1/4 turn vales which were what they recommended. Stephen and his partner showed up on time, and in probably not much more than an hour had everything swapped out. There were a couple that needed a little extra tightening, but we were leak-free and all upgraded by the time they left. They were easy to work with, easy to schedule, and allowed me to buy the parts myself which let me pick exactly what I wanted. Hire these folks for your plumbing needs and others, you won't be disappointed.
