We ask as many detailed questions as possible, there should always be a very thorough description of what the problem is and pictures I generally provide quotes that include a trip charge (for gas and mileage), labor charge, and parts.

This creates a dialogue with our new customers that allows us to know what they are looking for from the beginning. give customer two hours window, be on time, and good quality of work.
