- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing ranges from $7-9 depending on project size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical synthetic grass installation consists of meeting with the client in order to educate and help them select the proper turf for their project. We then set up an installation date for sometime after 2 weeks of the client approval date (we are always on a 2-week notice due to current projects). A typical installation will take between 1-3 days depending on the size of the project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
For the last 5 years we have been working with all types of customers in Dallas, Tx. Customers range from residential projects to commercial projects (playscapes, dog parks, churches, apartment complexes, restaurant roofs).
