Shawn B. says, "Patrick really went the extra mile for me today. I hired him to repair a broken handle that turns the water on/ff in a bathtub/shower. I bought the replacement parts and had them ready when he arrived, which was on time, always a good sign. Turns out I bought the wrong brand of replacement parts and they would not work for the repair. I expected him to say we needed to reschedule once I bought the correct replacement parts. Instead he offered to go to Home Depot, pick up what was needed and return to finish the job. Above and beyond service and completed the repair in the same day! (Built in 1915) I had so much gunk in my shower drain, and honestly I didn’t know where to start on my own. Not only did he take care of that but he took care of other issues I’ve been dealing with too. I can’t explain the relief I have now. I’ve had a water heater replaced by this company and haven’t had issues since. Highly recommend!!"See more

Alberto got in touch with me within a few minutes by phone, came to give me an estimate in person within 1/2 hr, and started the job within the same day. Since he and his crew did a great job for my bathroom, I hired him to install the LVP floor in the kitchen and bathroom. He was so nice to pick up the materials from Home Depot and finished a floor installing within 1 day. I really appreciate his hard work. I will absolutely hire him in the future. Originally they booked me between 10 and 12, but they knew I was anxious to get the problem solved and came out early (after calling first of course). Brian walked into our bathroom where we were experiencing some awful smells. We thought it was the toilet, and any other plumber just would have started there and charged us to take off the toilet and tell us it was fine, but Brian wasn’t about to jerk us around. He knew immediately the problem was actually the sink and wasn’t going to mess with a bunch of other stuff until he fixed that first. Brian was amazing, we will absolutely be calling him back."See more
