Introduction: I am a culinary professional who enjoys cooking for people who like to eat. It is my passion to create new meals and take people to new places through the food they eat. Wedding and Event Catering

Bria was a phenomenal addition to my Power Of Her Retreat. She prepared exceptional meals that were absolutely delicious and catered to the different food sensitivities of my guests. She is personable, and detail oriented. Some of my ladies said she MADE the retreat and many of them wished she was their personal chef. When available, Bria will always be my top choice!

Chef Bri Was not only an amazing chef for my best friends bachelorette party but also just as fun. She made everything look so bautiful and also offered to pick up desserts for us from Hayley's Cake's and Cookies in Austin. Highly recommend. Best cupcakes I have ever had! She told them the theme of the party and they did an amazing job. If you want a fun, vibrant, amazingly talented chef then Chef Bri is your girl. She was very responsive with emails, txt, phone calls, and arriving early to make sure everything would be ready at the perfect time. We own 9 vacation homes here in Wimberley and she is now the top Chef on our preferred vendors list for our guests.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on a low budget event. I’m here to make some money doing what I love, while keeping your catering at an affordable cost. This pricing would be for food cost, and labor of the staff involved.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to talk with the client to see their vision for the meal and what they’re actual budget is they are willing to spend. Based on that I love creating custom menus that work well in the budget and the event host is proud to serve to their guests.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm always trying new things in my kitchen at home cooking for friends and family. I watch a lot of cooking shows, subscribe to cooking magazines, and try all the new hot foodie spots in the city to stay on point.
