We have a flat fee of $1000 for the Austin area.

We begin with a brief consultation call to understand your event's specific goals and expectations. This allows us to fully customize our menu of authentic French crêpes, galettes and croque-monsieurs to create a tailored experience for you and your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My culinary training is rooted in a lifelong apprenticeship within my family. Our recipes are passed down directly from my grandmother, a native of Brittany, France—the historic birthplace of the authentic crêpe and buckwheat galette. Having grown up immersed in these traditions, I realized there was a lack of truly traditional French cuisine in the Austin area. I founded Fox Crêpes to share this genuine culinary heritage and my passion for high-quality, time-honored French flavors.
