Working with Platesfull was nothing short of awesome!!! We gave them a super short deadline and they knocked it out of the park, sending us an incredibly chef who was accommodating and so skilled, and all done at a reasonable price, for a somewhat unusual event on a boat! Thank you, Platesfull!!

We recently had Chef Jeremy Pruyne prepare a meal for 4 at our house. He treated us to a wonderful meal with interesting options at each course and even taught us a few culinary tricks along the way. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and came prepared. Overall it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Chef Nicolaus was ana amazing chef and host. He prepared a phenomenal soul food meal for me and my friends and had us talking about it the whole weekend. Hes a great chef and even better person!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with PlatesFull! From start to finish, it was absolutely seamless. Our chef not only did all the grocery shopping, but came to our home, cooked an incredible meal right in our kitchen, served it beautifully, and even cleaned everything up afterward. It honestly felt like having a private restaurant experience without ever leaving the house.The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and made with so much care. It made our evening feel so special and stress-free. If you're in Austin and looking for something more meaningful than takeout or dining out, I highly recommend trying Platesfull. It's such a unique and personal way to enjoy amazing food and support local chefs too!

Choose the chef that you want to book. Looks at all their menus that they have to offer. if you would like to customize, chat with the chef
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All chefs have at least a minimum of 8 years of experience working as Personal chefs. Many worked in fine dining restaurants. We have couple of celebrity chefs that have come in TV Shows
