A few months ago, my fiance and I were planning for our wedding and we had a big argument over whether or not we should get a dj. In my mind and past experiences djs were lame and cheesy- always playing the same ol dance routine songs. And also I wasn't too thrilled about spending more money. Initially, I just wanted to hook up my ipod to speakers and have it play for the reception.....However, I am SOOOO GLAD I listened to my fiance and booked Aaron. He was AMAZING and took care of everything- from having the speakers set up for the ceremony so everyone could hear to mixing some really great songs for the reception. He has a huge playlist to choose from and if your song isnt there you can request it like I did and he will get it. I had like 20 songs and he got everyone of them. We are so happy not only that he had all the music equipment and talent, but that he also had such a great attitude. You know some djs you look over at and they just look dead, bored or mean. But Aaron was professional, exuberant and interactive with the crowd the entire time. His welcoming smile and passion for music is what made the difference. Sorry my review was so long, but I just really want to get the point across that Aaron is the BEST DJ EVER. And you should do yourself and guest a favor and book him :)

I was a wedding planner for my girlfriends friend in April, and had several issues with this DJ, and his replacement. I sent a first email for him to contact me about his arrival times 3 weeks before the wedding, never heard back. Then I called him that week, and he was in Vegas and told my receptionist to "just throw him in a spot" umm no I am trying to finalize a timeline for a wedding!! Finally when I got ahold of him, he was really nice, and I was looking forward to working with him. I sent him the finalized timeline on April 17th, the week of the wedding, and never heard back. He never once went to meet with the venue as well. On the day of the wedding, a DJ walks in that is not Aaron. I had NO idea he was sick, he had never told me or the bride. To make matters worse, 3 hours before the wedding, I am going over everything with the new DJ, and he NEVER forwarded my finalized timeline to him, or the ceremony music that was requested by the bride/groom. So I had the new DJ printing/getting dressed/and adding music 2 hours before the wedding. I tried calling him on the day of the wedding, and on April 27th I sent him an email complaining about how unprofessionally he handled the entire situation, and not showing up without notice, and everything he didn't do to prepare the new DJ. Never heard anything back! I will make sure all of my wedding planner friends in Austin know about this.
