If you are having an electrical emergency, we recommend starting with your power company to see if the issue is on the utility side. If you are having an after-hours electrical emergency, please call and we will try to get back as soon as possible. We are a licensed and insured Texas Electrical Contractor (TECL 37755). All of our electricians are licensed Journeyman through the Texas Department of Licensing. Our electricians do not work based on commission and will not upsell unnecessary products. I am so happy that I found Terrapin Electric! Kevin Loessberg recently installed six Philips Hue Resonate Outdoor Smart Wall Lights in my home. And it goes without saying, Kevin did a fantastic job! Very impressed! Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, but he was also extremely professional. Kevin was very upfront with project costs and time. Also, his prices were very fair. Kevin’s work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection! I have never worked with a contractor who had better communication or pride in his work! I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the entire process and was very happy that my work could be completed within days after receiving the detailed quote! We had a ceiling fan that stopped working and Terrapin came and quickly found the issue. Best part is since they had installed the fan within a year everything was covered by their warranty. Definitely recommend

Efren and his partner provided a quick accurate evaluation of what we needed. They adjusted their schedule for us and returned at the agreed time and completed the installation of power outlets to to 3 new stable door openers. Their work only took 1.5 hours and it is a very professional installation. The charges were very reasonable. This is the second time we've used Terrapin Electric and we will be using them in the future. Very highly recommended!
