I got 3 quotes and I won't say what they all were, but American had the work done very quickly but properly and left the place clean when he left. He supposed to be bringing me a gas log starter next week, so I hope he doesn't forget 😁

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices for certain standard services, and do custom quotes for repairs or larger jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me and we book an appointment as soon as possible. I usually fix the issue on the first visit, though there are times when an inspection and quote are necessary, with the repairs booked at a later date. I can sometimes diagnose what needs to be done over the phone, especially with the ability to text photos of the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with chimneys since 2003, and I've seen it all.
