We asked Matan to help us with a full kitchen remodel. The layout had to change completely, so his team moved the fridge wall, added a new gas line for the cooktop, and opened one side to the family room. A large island with seating and built-in storage became the new center of the space. The cabinets are custom, and we chose a clean slab finish. Every decision had a reason. The designs were perfect, and the team actualized every detail.

We’d been planning to build for over a year before we found the Ace Remodeling TX team. The home we wanted had a lot of detail: 5,400 sq. ft., five bedrooms, a home gym, and two separate offices. The design also included a large outdoor living space with structural coverage, which added extra complexity to the framing. The project leader worked closely with our architect to make sure the beam placements stayed consistent with the sightlines we wanted. When it came to the slab, they got the grade prep done right the first time and kept things clean through every pour. We had tight spacing between properties, so material staging had to be done carefully to avoid blocking neighbors. The team stayed professional through the process, even when we had to adjust our layout for a tree protection zone. City inspections and approvals went smoothly. The plan was to renovate the bathroom attached to our main bedroom, but it quickly became a full remodel. Matan walked us through how we could improve things by converting a small hallway closet into part of the bath. They took down the wall, reconfigured the plumbing, and added custom cabinets where there used to be dead space. We also changed the tub to a larger walk-in shower and swapped out all the flooring. Converting unused attic space into livable rooms seemed impossible until we met Asaf and Rose from Ace Remodeling. They redesigned the roof structure, added dormers, and installed new beams and taller columns. They added a staircase where the hallway used to end and created two full bedrooms and a shared bath. Asaf kept everything simple for us—permits, materials, and inspections. The space doesn’t feel like an attic at all. The ceilings are full height, and the rooms have great light. We gained almost 700 square feet without expanding the footprint of the home. Couldn’t be happier.
