The remodel addressed our work area, household traffic, and storage issues. Walls were moved, appliances repositioned, and the island enlarged. Utility lines, including plumbing, were upgraded first. Asaf supervised layout and framing adjustments and coordinated inspections with the officials. Cabinets were customized to ceiling height, drawers deepened, and counters optimized. Multiple cooks can now prep, cook, and clean without congestion.
ACE Remodeling TX's reply
Thank you for the great feedback! We’re glad the remodel improved flow, functionality, and storage, and that the new layout supports multiple cooks comfortably. It was a pleasure coordinating the structural updates and custom details to create a kitchen that truly works for your household.

The plan was to renovate the bathroom attached to our main bedroom, but it quickly became a full remodel. Matan walked us through how we could improve things by converting a small hallway closet into part of the bath. They took down the wall, reconfigured the plumbing, and added custom cabinets where there used to be dead space. We also changed the tub to a larger walk-in shower and swapped out all the flooring. The room now has better light and makes daily routines easier. Matan stayed involved the whole time, which made the remodel run smoothly. We’re glad we trusted his approach. It’s a good bathroom remodel that fits the home and how we use it.

There was a laundry room off the hallway that we never really used, and we needed the dead space converted into a guest bathroom. It required running new lines, pouring a section of slab, and framing two walls. The result is a private bath with a walk-in shower, a floating vanity, and a small linen cabinet. It looks like it’s always been part of the layout. Asaf checked in almost daily. We’re happy we trusted his lead; it added a ton of value and actually gave purpose to that corner of the home.

The lot had room, and we needed options. Whether for family, guests, or short-term rental, we wanted something flexible. I went with Ace Remodeling based on a friend’s referral. Jake was straight with us. He didn’t oversell and didn’t disappear after signing. His team built a two-bedroom ADU with a wide open living space and compact storage tucked into the walls. They paid close attention to flow, and it shows.
HVAC and plumbing work was tight, and I appreciated the updates without having to ask. Once approvals came through, the rest of the job kept moving. It's amazing and everything works exactly how we wanted.
