I contracted Mike to remove and replace an attic door. I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness. One thing I really dislike is when someone says they’ll be by at a certain time and then the time comes and goes with no contact. Mike is not like that. We agreed on a time for him to come out, and when it was getting close to that time, he sent me a message with an ETA, and made it to my house at the time originally agreed on. Not only was he knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, he went above and beyond. My attic door was broken and it looked like it would fall at any moment. I mentioned that the room it’s in, belongs to my elderly grandmother and we were afraid it was going to fall on her. Before he left , he told me he wanted to secure it so it would be safe. I didn’t expect that, but again I was super impressed! He explained what I needed to buy, in regards to a replacement and other materials, and we agreed on him coming by the following day to do the job. He did, and let me say, quality work! I have found my handyman! I will only contact him from now on.
