- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is very unique. They can be a Consultation with a fee, billed hourly or a set fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with Client and discussing their goals. Presenting my recommendation and or plan (which ever is applicable). When plan is chosen I begin goal reaching presentation to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
