Trim or Molding Installation
Absolutely exceptional craftsmanship and quality of work. Meticulous about details and cares about the folks that hire him.Aug 3, 2016Verified
David remodeled my laundry room, which involved hanging cabinetry, installing trim, and building custom shelves to connect the cabinets. He also applied privacy film to most of my windows, which requires great patience, attention to detail, and precision. He was courteous, fairly priced, and easy to work with. He’s definitely one of the most organized, responsive handy men I’ve ever worked with—on my invoice he even included a copy of the Home Depot receipts for my project. The one downside—he does work slowly (which he’ll be the first to admit), but it’s worth it for the quality he delivers. And he bills based on what he thinks is fair for the project, not necessarily how many hours he spent on it. David is one of a kind—I highly recommend him.Aug 25, 2016Verified
I hired David to redo my entire kitchen and laundry room tile floor. His quality of work is amazing and he works at keeping the cost down for his customers. He truly is a master of his trade. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for other projects in my home.Nov 17, 2018
Dave did a great job in moving an air intake. His job was done perfectly. We cannot even see the old intake area he did such a good job. The new intake was perfectly installed and sealed as well.Sep 25, 2018
I recently hired David Binder to install engineered flooring that I had purchased from Lowe’s. David proved to be very particular in laying out the flooring, not only correctly, but aesthetically pleasing as well. David is all about doing the job correctly. He is very particular in getting the details right. He wants a quality product not only for his client, but also for his own self esteem.Dec 15, 2017
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, its important to keep up with building codes, and new products that come into the market to do a better job with all types of construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I built homes for over 25 years, and have worked in the residential arena for over 30. I have done other things very successfully, but I get a charge out of making my customers dreams and wishes reality that they can see, and I love to see a smile on their faces when I am done.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The jobs I have been doing range from full remodels/renovations to simple things like hanging wall objects. Since I do everything and do it very well, this is a hard question to answer...I replace doors, add windows, built decks and patio covers, install pavers, do minor electrical and plumbing, install tile (both wall and floor), install laminate floors, and on and on and on.
