Introduction: I like to provide white glove service for my customers by being courteous and professional. Communicate with the customer the issue, providing a solution and alternative solutions, also setting expectation for the results. I have been in the Information Technology field for over 10 years. I have worked for Applied Materials, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Xerox. I have done extensive work subcontracting covering a wide variety environments from PCs refresh in Travis County Jail System to decommissioning Office Depots. I highly recommend Randy to anyone and everyone!!! I have never observed someone so dedicated to resolving your computer issues such as Randy! He was extremely thorough and explained to me everything he was doing to my computer! He spent more time than he expected repairing the issues I was having,, but through no fault of his own, but rather some HP issues I was having with my wireless printer. With that being said, he still stayed loyal to his original price quote he had given me online and I HIGHLY ADMIRE that especially in today's competitive business world! A BIG FIVE STAR RATING TO RANDY WITH RTC COMPUTING! I will use NO ONE but him in the future and will certainly most recommend him to all my friends and relatives!!! EXCELLENT JOB RANDY!!!
